14-Day Returns Policy

At One Strong Mumma, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
Items must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags or labels still attached
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date

Please note: Sale items, digital products, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable

How to Return an Item

Email us at returns@onestrongmumma.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
Ship the item(s) back to the provided return address

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
